Dance- this word means so much to so many. At MBT we have kept the opportunity to dance, and all the benefits of its artistic expression, within reach for our community.
Despite the global pandemic and economic downturn we continue to stand behind our commitment of providing cultural enrichment to Montgomery County – in person AND virtually. We truly embody our current mantra of being #flexible!
The COVID-19 crisis is greatly affecting arts organizations throughout the nation and MBT is not immune to those impacts. We need your help to maintain exceptional dance education programs, community outreach opportunities, and inspiring performances, both in-person and virtually. Our vision is to be a distinguished dance academy in the DC Metro area and a leader in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in dance education, creating a lifetime connection to the arts for our students and the community.
We cannot express our thanks enough for our supportive community. When we asked for your help early on in the pandemic, you answered.
Now, eight months later, we are asking our community again – will you please consider a gift to ensure MBT continues to meet its mission in serving the community?
MBT’s Board of Directors is launching the MBT Recovery Campaign during the Giving Tuesday (December 1, 2020) season. Please consider a tax-deductible donation on this day or during the year-end holiday season.
Supporting the Recovery Campaign is easy!
With YOUR help, MBT will recover from the pandemic, and will continue to teach and produce beautiful art.
